Excellent service.We booked bright-cab from Delhi to Jaipur, and we are very satisfied with their services. Driver was on time, they took us to a restaurant called Just Desi , which served us awesome food at reasonable price. We felt so comfortable and safe travelling in their car with their driver, Im sure we will book Brightcab again.

First of all "Excellent cab service"Though I had in my mind to write a feedback, but until today I didn't receive any communication from this cab service, so this comes in reply to their mail which I received today. Date of journey - 13/10/2017Driver name -laxminarayan Vehicle- Innova Pick up- 6 AMDrop off- 11:00AM booking was done online, I received their confirmation call first from owner of cab service and then from driver. Driver was sharp on time in morning at Ramada hotel and we actually were off by 6:45 am precisely. Driver patiently acknowledged us. On road he didn't talked much unnecessarily which you often encounter, he understood our privacy. Drive was smooth n excellent, didn't feel once I have look out-for. At 9 he made stop over for an excellent breakfast and we were again on way to Delhi. We had flight at 2 pm IGI Delhi and we were on time as I had expected. I paid him once I reached destination, he didn't asked for any tip which was really appreciated. all in all I was really nervous to do such bookings as I never had travelled such before. But I was really happy in d end.It made my very special trip an unforgettable love memory. I'm surely gonna book it next time.

It was a last minute booking while waiting in the New Delhi airport trying to find a taxi to go to Jaipur. The operator was very responsive to our situation. He sent a taxi within 20 minutes and the price he gave us was extremely competitive. Actually the price was the same they quoted me over the internet a few days ago. The other taxi companies at the airport they were quoting us prices more than twice of the the offer from the BrightCab. Jugraj the driver was very polite and excellent driver. We are planning to use BrightCab on our way back to New Delhi after a week.
